New pycsw Website

Just in time for FOSS4G2013, we’re happy to announce our new, updated website! Notable changes:

• a blog is now available, and part of Planet OSGeo
• new design using Bootstrap, mobile friendly
• decoupled from main software documentation
• publications are now online

A big thanks goes out to Ryan Clark for putting the new website framework together.

Now that we have a blog, blogposts are more than welcome, whether it’s a user story, case study, development or something else, posting to the blog is as easy as some markup and a GitHub pull request!
